I downloaded UK Aerial Alignment
and have played with it on my phone, comparing where house aerials are pointing and what my phone tells me with positive results... looking forward to first trip out to test it in the field.

I tried several app's and although they seemed to work (sort of), found them temperamental and varying on accuracy with regards to direction.
In the end, I bought Fringe signal finder which works faultlessly, however I do sometimes refer to the app to confirm suggested signal polarity.
up until now i've been using the UK aerial alignment app' snagz linked too
but i like to try other app's too ,one of our caravanning friends recommended this app' FREEPOINT UK, he rates but i've yet to try it on a site ,hopfully will be correcting that soon
------------- no tin tent outings booked as yet ,just another cruise in Sept' booked so far

The guy on a pitch next to us last August used the compass on his iphone to align his ariel. He must have checked someones ariel where the picture was good and set his up accordingly.

i have used this app for about two years now and it has never let me down. Highly recommended.
