We are in Lincolnshire for the Easter break. The campsite is full (review to follow). We've had light snow on and off and very cold winds. Also some sunny spells with not a cloud in the sky. Feeling sorry for everone who has had to cancel due to the snow but relieved this part of the country has remained open.

The site is full, a real expectant feel that it's going to be a good year for camping and caravanning.

For us it's our maiden trip having collected the van on Thursday morning and came straight to the campsite. It was great watching the site slowly fill. The pitches are spacious so it's not crowded.

Hope everyone who got away is enjoying the break and for those who had to cancel hope the thaw sets in very soon.

Stayed at Woodland Waters 2 years ago at Easter, had glorious sunshine, BBQs and sat out in T shirts!! Lovely setting, enjoy the break.

People are starting to stir and awaken to the most glorious day. Very cold night, the heating was set at 12c but kept coming on every 20 mins, it must have been cold. This morning the sky is a perfect blue with not a cloud in the sky. We are looking onto the partially frozen lake! Glad we took the water pump out of the barrel last night as there is ice in the barrel. Filled the kettle last nightso no need to wait for it to de frost!
