We are on holiday and while using the heating it suddenly stopped working completely. The green light no longer lights up on the control unit, indicating an electrical problem. Even moving the setting in the thermostat. I've checked all the fuses and they're all fine. The other electrical items work fine. Looking at the unit there is a cable not connected as you can see from the photo (that I will try and attach to this post). I don't know if this is the cause but I can't see where to put this loose cable!
Any ideas from anyone? We're in Northern France with two toddlers and its fairly cold!

I can't add the image as I have to upload it to a website first and my phone doesn't seem to like that!

I have uploaded the photo to my profile. I have also realised that I haven't posted this in the repairs section, I meant to...

Hi ja1jb,
I think you must be right. We have no green light showing, but we tested the power coming into the van so we came to that conclusion! What do you mean 30030-70900? Is that the number of the pcb board we need? We're in France at the moment and I am not confident that a) we can find a repair place with the part b) that my french is good enough to explain and c) that there will be a place open today with it being a bank holiday... Tomorrow maybe!

Sorry I can't help with the power board, but you could always buy a small fan heater or oil filled radiator to heat the place until you get back to the UK. Site it on top of a work unit out of the way of the kids.
