we went there 2 years ago and we found the salesperson we talked to very pushy for my liking .explained to him we were in process of getting some inheritance and were wanting to purchase a new van.he wanted a decision there and then with 500 deposit .we sed wed talk it over at home before rushing in to things .
at home looked at glossop caravans the amara 2011 was about 2000 cheaper as it was a show model. michael the salesman there was brilliant he invited us over took us to the van (had heating on as it was february ) and left us to look round and then talk about it . he came back about half an hour later did us a fantastic deal on our old van .after explaining about the inheritance we paid a 200 pound deposit and the van was ours .
the inheritance took more than 12 months after to be sorted and we were in contact every month to update them on things and there was no problems.when we finally got our money we rang then went through and when we got there they asked us if we wanted the 2012 model which had an electric ring on cooker ect for same price wed done on the 2011 model.brilliant he was and we collected our new van 2 weeks later after having motor mover and another electric socket put on outside of van
yesterday we went back to have the van serviced the staff at service centre was good drinks were offered us when we wanted them and when we went up to caravan place we met michael again who remembered us and he told us to go in office as and when we wanted drinks .i cant praise them highly enough and look forward to many more years good service from them because we wont be going anywhere else

Ask them what their customer service is like (before you buy) and like all the rest of the dealers they will fill you with unbroken promises....that's until you do have a complaint after your purchase. Their aim like every other dealer is to make money and the customer comes second every time and I know of two couples who have previously bought and been fobbed off by them with excuses. To put it in a nut shell, I wouldn't personally buy from them on the grounds of other peoples experiences and at the end of the day it's is bad publicity for them on forums like this so basically it's their loss.

We bought a dealer special from them in 2007. Perhaps we were a bit naive but we got the van and that was it, not as much as an aquaroll thrown in. The sales pitch was not at all pushy as we wanted the van, so it was an easy sale.
There were some issues with the new van which we rejected. They were not best pleased at first and made it clear from the outset that a refund would be difficult, but changed attitude when we said that we would accept a replacement. The service department was poor. Four years down the line I am still waiting for call backs with part pricing and availability for a van that I no longer own! My advice would be to shop around. We have just traded in at Glossop and so far it is a much more positive experience.

We bought a 'new to us' van from them.  We got allsorts including an awning with a 'start up' voucher.  They even went round the yard to get us a step and little bits and pieces as they knew it was our first van.

When we were checking it over at home we noticed a hole where last owners had something screwed to the wall.  Rang Wandahome and they to us to send a picture of the damage.  On that same day they told us we could bring it in for repair or we could collect the stuff from them to do ourselves.  We have phoned them a few times since we picked up van and they have always been really helpful.

Not at all pushy with sale just gave us the keys to whichever van we wanted to look at and let us get on with it.

We would use them again
