Hi all!

Hubbie and I get our first ever van next Saturday and have been for our training today! It all seemed quite self explanatory but how much will we remember, I wonder??

I also picked my new car up today. It is a Mondeo and I am in love wth it! So nice to drive! Hubbie hasn't been allowed to drive it yet!,

I am sure his time will come when I am stuck down a country lane with caravan hitched, facing oncoming traffic, and me too petrified to reverse

I am doing my towing course in a couple of weeks so it is all coming together now!

Thought I would share my exciting news with you!

Very exciting!! We have had our van a year now and loving it. I towed the trailer a few times but not the van yet, am also doing course in a couple of weeks.... bit nervous

Don't worry about trying to remember everything, it really does become second nature. Wish I had your confidence with the towing.

Glad it all went well.
Towing gets easier the more you do it.
I am much more confident now and am able to go off on my own and enjoy breaks away in peace - bliss!

Don't worry about trying to remember everything - you will naturally get into your own routine.

I've just been off with my 2 sons on our first trip.
Motorway, A roads and I even reversed into the pitch!
I loved it and I'm on here looking for the next site to visit in May.

You gonna love it x

There will be things you forget, don't worry about it they will come back as & when you get stuck in. We all started like that, but with practice you will work out your own little routine.

The towing courses are very good and remember, everyone is there for the same reason as you, they want to learn how to do it properly, even if they have been towing for ages.

Enjoy yourselves and the whole experience, like me and so many others you will be glad you decided to take up caravanning.
