I looked at various caravans at the Manchester show, There were several I was impressed with, Eterniti (too expensive) Hobby (some sites won't allow).
Coming back down to earth I opted for the Bailey orion 430-4. It ticked plenty of boxes.
1) Body is wood free construction so I won't have a big damp repair bill
2) The internal size is good relative to the overall length due to the side gas locker
3) Good aerodynamics, important to save as much fuel as possible with a 4.6 Rangie
4) Fixed bed, I prefer not to have to make a bed up every day
