Wife`s mobility scooter doesn`t like `em much. I don`t like running through them, it`s like soft sand. Now Daisy May`s quite happy being pulled; she goes anywhere we lead. But she won`t be pushed! Small and of not inconsiderable bulk (too much sitting around doing nowt) she will not be pushed through chippings. The site I am typing this from has an abundance of `em. Like, a level looking site with hardstanding. NOT! Because the wheels dug in to about 9 inches of `em,. And my attemptes to help enabled the car to dig itself in too. Now, my car pulls Daisy well. But it`s not a tractor . . . .eventually I rocked the ensemble out of chipping captivity, and on to a more stable site. I suspect my reverse release mechanism may not be properly adjusted. Or not even there . . . I shall check as soon as the weather reaches 70 deg . . . . Anybody else had fun in the chippings? Gotta be better than snow . . .
