we were stung when we brought our van last year, it was as rotten as a pear, but , with the knowledge of some of the good ppl on here , we have rebuilt the frame.and we now have a bosting little van....dont lose heart, it can be done...

I have done exactly the same, legs up on van so didn't check properly, no battery and rotten, but I have sealed mine up for the season and sited it, its a bit cold at the moment as I have few drafts but will sort that soon, then once I take it off site I will rebuild it and effectively have a brand new caravan.
