We went to take our one year old Sterling Eccles to be part exchanged yesterday (we are changing as we don't like the layout)

When the salesman was checking it over he found damp all around the front windows! They are going to check it out and see what the cause is, we are now obviously very concerned as we are meant to be picking the new van up on Friday and don't want the deal to fall through

What could be causing this? Surely on a van so new is got to be a fault, we use the van all year but always make sure that it is properly aired every day and there were no signs of it inside

Get an independent check done also as said before should be fully covered by warranty so no brainer even if you have to arrange the work yourself by approved service centre. All the works should come back as certified with a certificate so as good as new. Is the sales centre the same place you bought your Eccles ?

Workforce all on price work no pride in the end product results in poor build quality
