I have been using ATC for over two years without any issues. Now the LED fails to light at all. Everything appears to be working, can hear the power on test when I connect the lead. Any ideas, is it simply a faulty LED?
I tried Al-ko two days ago, after a very long hold on the phone someone answered and said they would connect me with the ATC dept. After another wait got a message that no one available and to leave a message but no response as yet. Have also sent an email but no reply to that either.
Mine did that, I looked under the fairing, there is a connector which had come apart, I reckon the jockey wheel had caught it as space was tight, I rerouted it.
Works fine now
Worth a look. Its an LED lamp with wires leading to a 2 pin moulded connector-simply pushes together.

I had a faulty one too about a month after having it, a bit unnerving when you aren't sure what's going on. I think water ingress saw mine off but Alko sent me a new one when I rang them and it's been perfect ever since, it just plugs in.
It's not a bulb but a dual LED that can shine either green or red depending which of the wires gets an input.
