Hi. I have a trio family awning and a trio tall annexe. Problem is although they zip together ok the zip is to long on the annexe. Has anyone come across this before ?
My side panels completely zip out in a u shape.
Cheers
Mark

I think some of the Trio awnings had a change to the zip size a while back. Not sure which year though.

that's the same as ours, we have got 2 trio sport awning annexes and they are about 20 inches longer (on the end where the zip finishes) than the trio mexico awning we have, have you still used the annexe with the awning, was wondering if it still worked without causing any damage

Hi. I didnt use it like that with the zip longer. I contacted triopair and had it adjusted. I spoke to a lovely lady called cheryl who knew exactly what my problem was. They arranged collection , allteration and delivery back to me. It cost £100inc vat and was a first class job.yes some might say a bit pricey but i have matching annexe to my old but great condition awning. Trio annexe's are scarce but when it comes time to upgrade i will sell both awning and annexe together (assuming they dont fit new van) so would prob get some money back from the alteration cost.
Anyone reading this with problems to canvas would benefit from a chat to triopair as the are a truelly proffesional outfit who obviously know what they are doing.
Happy days :-)
