thank-you all for your reply's.
My late husband did all the electrics,in our old van,and I knew how it all worked, but since we sited,we bought a large van,I have not been able to sort the battery electrics out.
our Abbey Spectrum is sited,so the switch is always on caravan.on the control panel, the only lights that are on are, mains, battery, and the charger.the battery was charged at home, then fitted in on arrival, this still reads fully charged.none of the switchies have tripped out in the fuse box,and I am not sure how to get the fuse out,to change it.
