The overall height of your van in the spec will include all rooftop protrusions, for example the heater flue, TV aerial (assuming one fitted) etc.
To be absolutely certain of a proper fit you need to measure the vertical height between ground and your awning channel, but you can probably assume a safe reduction in your spec height of (roughly) 15-18cm which would put your roof height at circa 240'ish? From memory my rail height of 238cm on a 2007 Bailey.
The porch awning you mention therefore should fit your van.
