I had the same problem with my Truma reg. It would work sometimes and other times it wouldn't. I found that if I left the pigtail connected to the gas bottle overnight then the gas may not work the next morning. If I disconnected the pigtail from the bottle and left it 'dangling' overnight then it worked the next day. Don't know why. I had the reg changed by my local mobile service guy. He replaced it with another bulkhead reg. It was a German make (can't remember the name) but he says that he has replaced a lot of Trumas with these and has never had a problem. They are also guaranteed for 12 months. The replacement, including fitting, only cost £45.
