I would use my horn to begin with then if that had no effect I would pull back in to the inside lane and then undertake her. If I was stopped I would say she braked heavily and I had no option but to undertake her

& of course if she actually did brake heavily while you were sat on her back bumper blowing your horn then you could say you had no option but to ram her from behind...

Do you mean with the car Tentz?

To the OP - just cruise past at your set speed and ignore the MLM. If this does not embarrass them, nothing will. Ignore them as they ignore you. I've done it. In fact, without a caravan attached I play the lapping game. Overtake in lane 3, indicate to lane one, slow down, let them overtake in lane two, pull out to lane two then lane three, overtake again. Repeat and rinse. Sometimes this wakes them up. My record is 7 laps.
All down to interpretation......but I remember reading that it was ok to pass on the inside if the lane you were in was moving faster than the 2nd or 3rd lane. So as long as you were in the inside lane far enough back not to actually change lane and undertake I think you can argue your point.
