We have bought a new caravan, so would like to extend our old awning, anyone know of a good firm to use. We live in the South Yorkshire area.

We used the canvas repaair centre, they collected it and returned after extending at reasonable price. I think they are in Burton on Trent -google should find them! (Sorry I can't be more precise-was a while ago!)

They are indeed in Burton on Trent. We live in Burton and so took our awning there ourselves, but I believe they collect and return. They extended our awning and did a fantastic job. Big recommendation from here!

We also used the canvas repair at Burton on trent earlier this year.They picked up and returned our awning a week or so later at a very reasonable cost. I will say they made a wonderful job of making our awning smaller ,you cannot tell where they have taken the pieces out and it fits the caravan to perfection.Would certainly not hesitate to recommend them.check them out at www.canvasrepaircentre.co.uk      Telephone no 01283541721.   Hope this helps

we used TrioPair in pontefract to alter our awning, they did a fantastic job but have been informed that there is one even closer to me in Ecclesfield, Sheffield that are very good as well...

I use Lancashire sports repair in burnley or is it blackburn.Very reasonable but you may find a lot of repairers are pretty busy.
You may even find it cheaper to buy an awning of ebay.preloved etc than to have one repaired then sell your old one.
