hi can anyone help bought an intex airbed after using it a few times it started going down flat looking to buy a new one and would like advice and help on your experiances on air beds we want a double airbed which inflates in height to a normal bed
Aerobed...all the way! We had 3 seperate intex double height previously, all of them lasted no time at all.
I can't remember the name of the one we have specifically but it's a full height kingsize with fitted sheet and valance. Cost us £50.00 (second hand)from ebay 2 years ago and it's fantastic.

I've just bought my second Intex Queen, the first lasted 4 seasons- used frequently as we're on a seasonal pitch and sleep in the awning. Hubby and I have a combined weight of approx 35 stone so are no lightweights. The first bed didn't have a built in pump and we did have a slight problem with the valve (minute piece of dust) but once cleaned everything was fine. The new bed has a built in pump & at first I thought it was useless as it went down slowly, however I persevered and pumped more air in a couple of times and it has been fine ever since. We've been home for 10 days and only returned yesterday and to be honest I thought the bed would be flat, but NO it was perfect & still is. I say give yours another go and see what happens.
Where did you buy it from? The first one I bought leaked from the lower chamber the first time I used it. I contacted the merchant (bought via Amazon) and they sent a new one within two days - and didn't want the faulty one returned, so I have a spare top chamber now.
