Having had my caravan stolen last month I can now go ahead on its replacement as the insurance company have agreed everything, I can only say well done caravan guard for being very efficient and helpful. We have had no problems at all and they have been sympathetic with the loss.

Hope to have the replacement next month so we can get on with our holidays.

Agreed already is pretty good I'd say. And they are so much cheaper than the clubs in my experience.

You might find its not as bad as it could be. When we lost our van in an arson attack they just knocked off a year or two of no claims so it was minimal extra really, They are good....

Hi All, sorry it has been a few days in replying. yes caravan guard are very good been with them since 1995 had a claim before for accidental damage (wheel came off in France) premium always been reasonable and was not increased after claim. It may do this time as the claim is bigger.
We have found a replacement van, Bailey Pageant Vendee, the layout is similar to the Ace which worked well for us, hope to pick it up early July then we can start again, its just having to buy all the small bits that you have in a van that you dont think about normaly.
