Can I ask you Rich does the layout with fixed bunks work for you and your family I was thinking that it would be good never having to make beds up for kids especially as ours still sleep in day as still very young. Having the table at the end for them allows them still to play down there.

YES. For us it works really well, we have 4 kids ranging from 5 to 13 so their bed times are different. The seating area in the back drops down into another bed and our eldest can set that up easily without disturbing his siblings.
Another good point is all the storage in that end of the van means all their toys and junk can stay tucked away.
From a safety point of view, all the cooker controls are on top away from a toddlers twiddly fingers... Not like our previous Elddis.
