If you mean under 750kg fully laden, Eriba Puck & some Trigano, Fleurette or Rapido poptop caravans. Are you buying new of secondhand? If you only want to spend a couple of grand then look for older 1980s small poptops & other mini caravans. There were more lightweight caravans around in the 80s than now & there are plenty still around in good nick, look on ebay.

The smaller Kip caravans are also lightweight - mine is a 'vintage' 1982 poptop, weight 450 unladen, 650 max laden, and brilliant to tow, you don't even know it's there!
Lunar meteorite, ABI monza, pre 1995 Sprite Alpine.

For a licence dated 1997 or later you must add together the plated max weight of the caravan and trailer, if the total is 3500 or less you can tow it. You may even tow a caravan with a MAM greater than the cars unladen mass the restriction was removed in 2013
