Hi guys, me again :) this forums advice is becoming invaluable to me so thanks to you all!
As above I'd like to know how to remove curtain trim and curtain runs without bringing half the wall with me.
I can see any screws...
I was thinking this might be a sewing question, and therefore that I might be able to help. But you've mentioned screws and other man things, so I'm afraid I'm clueless!! Good luck though!
(and if you want to add beads or anything to your curtains, then I'll try to help!)

Lol, no, I want to remove curtains and facures, there pink velvet and faded. I'm trying to modernise a 1996 avondale harrier buy getting rid of the curtains completely and adding blinds instead but I can't find the screws and don't want to start tugging at them with force invade the wall comes with them
We had to remove the wooden curtain fascias to get at a failed roller blind. We found the screws at the back of the bit that hangs down in front of the curtains, screws went up into the wall brace for the overhead cupboard. (Blind was a pig to fix)!
The curtains run in plastic runners and can be removed by simply finding the end stop which is a plastic insert which can simply be removed as it is a soft plastic moulding and this allows the curtain to feed out through the resultant gap in the track. Once removed you should be able to see the retaining screws for the individual tracks. Hope this helps.
