Hi
We have been quoted £2700 for a seasonal pitch (7 months) on a site in Suffolk. Its right on the coast but was wondering if anyone had any other experiences. Reading some posts that price is expensive but I guess we are paying for the location?

I think it depends where it is. If its anywhere near southwold, aldeburgh and the like then it probably is the going rate. Like anything though its only worth it if that's where you want to be. If you're not fussed by the area you will find cheaper.
That works out at £12.67 per night if it was permanently occupied. A normal touring pitch rate. For giving them guaranteed income I would not expect to pay more than £8 per night or £1700.
We pay £1750 inc awning electric on a meter, site is in York an had indoor pool bar, bistro and excellent facilities. I would not want to pay more than that really
