I own a caravan that comes with "all facilities" and I am fairly sure I could find a site that is "by the sea".
So the idea of paying another £13 a night just to get mains water rather than filling my water butt every 4 or 5 days simply does not register with me.
The OP was asking about 5 van sites and we have stayed on some superb such sites, far better than those purporting to be "all facility" ones.
