I am trying to find storage near to where we live but having little success. When we last had a van, the storage was accessible 24/7 but it seems that most of the ones near me have limited access (Mon-Fri 9 - 5pm ) which would not suit our needs. Am I looking for the impossible? Does anyone have any suggestions of where I might try?

Try Smithson's in Kidsgrove, Staffs... just down the A34, turn left at the Red Bull traffic lights and it's just past Tescos's on the right. They might have storage. Not sure if it's a cassoa site, but there are electric barriers at the entrance.

Ours is on Cockshades http://www.cockshadesfarm.co.uk/
Nice storage site close to the M6 & A51. COSSA gold & It's open from Dawn Till Dusk 7 days per week, if they are closed when you return you can leave your van outside the storage fields & put it away the following day, it's not too expensive & run by very nice people
I have recently noticed that a small storage site has sprung up off the new Biddulph bypass but cant find any details of it

They do storage at Glebe Farm in Astbury. Our neighbours use this and have recommended them to us. Sorry don't have a phone number - we are quite happy with ours on the drive at the moment. Good luck
