Is there a point when you have to re-seal a van?
Every time I wash my 4 year old van (twice a year  ), bits of sealant come off. I just popped over at the weekend and noticed that I have small plants growing in some of the sealant round the edges of windows etc. 
Is the sealant still OK and doing it's job (I don't seem to have any internal leaks)? Does it matter if bits keep coming off when washed?
