Yes that is right for your payload. What the delivery weight is varies from make to make. I know the Aterlings used to include the leisure battery and spare tyre but not the gas cylinder. The model we have included just the cylinder and nothing else! It should say in your handbook what is included. Failing that, perhaps a call to the dealer.

It is surprising how quickly things add up. A parent I know said " Oh we jusy sling everything in the van, don't worry about it!". When I bought my van, I asked the chap we bought it from how much he reckons is in the van. He said o more than 1400kg. When I visited the weighbridge, it was fluctuating betweem 1450-1470kg (bad wind that day - not me, the wether in general, which apparently affects the reading).
