We have an e-move motor mover fitted to our van, however tonight when we tried to park the van using it only one side was working. Has anyone else had such problems?
I haven't tried anything remedial but was hoping it might just need a spray with some light lubricant???
Doubt spraying it with anything will make any difference. More likely an electrical fault, either bad connections to one side or a faulty circuit board. Try the mover with the rollers disengaged from the wheels. If one side still does not work then it is electrical.
Maybe just a glitch in the system, and switching the whole thing off and on again will cure it.

I tried reversing..nothing. Tried going forward...worked. Tried in reverse again...a little movement then stopped. Reverse...nothing. Forward ....both rollers worked and eventually after muttering a few swear words turned evrything off and went for tea! Will try again tomorrow, thanks for the reply freeatlast
Sounds daft, but have you taken off the handbrake/released the reverse brake thingy if you have one? Mine was very hard to reverse once, found out I had forgotten to engage the brake reverse override thing. Another time it was struggling and I had forgotten to release the handbrake... doh
