Hello

I wondered whether anyone had any ideas as we have just bought a Coachman Amara 530/4 2008 and the oven door will only open a fraction. Its like something has dropped and is stopping it and also there is a third glass door at the bottom which wont open but I am not sure if this one is meant to?

Got it last night and didnt discover this issue to we got home at 10 pm

Also has Thetford fridge with full width freezer and when we tried to turn this on - the button pushed through - arghhhhhh

Maybe something is stuck between the door and the bottom ledge? Can't think why it won't open otherwise.
Did you not try looking in the cooker before you bought it?
First place I look in a second hand caravan!

My caravan also has a Spinflo Caprice and when I've needed anything I've just contacted Waudbys and asked their advice. They've always been very helpful.

Wendie. Did you manage to solve this problem? The reason I ask is that, following our last journey, both our oven and grill doors refuse to open (the grill opens about 2 cm at the top)! As both doors hinge at the bottom, we're at a loss to understand what has caused the problem or how to resolve it without breaking the glass. Any help you or anybody else can give would be appreciated.

Our oven wouldn't open. ... We discovered the handle on the grill had moved and jammed between it and the oven for. Lots of wiggling and we sorted it. Now store the grill handle on the cutlery drawer. Good luck hope you get it sorted.

Check that the glass on the door hasn't dropped and jammed the hinge.
