Topic: Coating on heiki blind coming off

We have a 2011 bailey unicorn Barcelona and last year noticed a small speck of the coating on the heiki roof blind over the bed had come off. Only annoying when the daylight sends a beam of light directly on your face when you want a lie in! However, while away last week we had the front heiki fully up and the blind pulled over as we were trying to use the laptop. There was a sudden shower so opened the blind to shut the roof and then closed the blind again. I noticed a patch of coating had come off as a sticky ball leaving quite a large patch of light. Hoping to get it checked out when it goes for service next month.
Has anyone else had this happen. Does the coating come off if it gets wet?
Also does anyone know how easy it is to get into the two part door window as the blind came down and won't retract! Looks as if there I's a panel that should pop off.....

You have vents around the surround of the heiki skylight, these pull out, you will see all the screws etc behind there,I have never look farther than that how the blind comes out. but it will be simple.
