I lived in a house where the neighbours had a large caravan parked on their front garden. It totally obscured our view to the right. We lived with this for fifteen years and we did not like it. BUT our neighbours were fantastic people, everything you could wish for in a good neighbour. We never said a word but eventually we moved. We have a motorhome ourselves now and park it on the drive but have made sure it is behind the building line and does not obstruct our neighbours view. It's all about being considerate of your neighbours.Put yourselves in their position.Would you like it?
Mines on the drive, but tucked away next to my house... before bringing the old girl home i asked my next door neighbours whether they would mind and they were completely happy.... i have lovely neighbours, thankfully.
Wouldn't advise it if you don't get on with your neighbours though as i would imagine it would be the perfect ammo for them to complain and cause you problems x
------------- Enjoyed tenting,
Enjoyed trailer-tenting,

We park are little van on the drive but most the houses in are street also have caravans.
Atleast being on the drive you can pop out and open the roof hatch and windows on a warm day let the heat out and potter about with it.
Are neighbours are great and love the little van. they look after are 2 cats and house while away and we do the same for them.
------------- She may be old, she may be rough around the edges but she is our home from home and we love it.
Ours is at the side of the house but it has been away for 5 weeks just brought it back today neighbours never know if we away or at home until they see us or hear us.
I like to have ours on the drive HOPPO, I know a few believe it not being here advertises your absence but I still like it being here. We've had one here since the early 90s & two of our neighbours now store theirs on the drive.
People walking past must have thought us odd because we loved to go out and sit in it with a cuppa on a nice day.
