I bought a new porch awning for my caravan, it is so easy to erect and has a fair amount of room in there. A really good investment. You can see it in one of my gallery images
We have the Kampa Rally Pro 390, excellent, no problems at all. Oh, but do buy the monsoon poles as well

As well is two words!
How does a sage know everything about everything? or does he? or does he just think he does?
Remember, if you buy something you bought it, not brought it.
Ah now we don't have a full one so use ours for anything longer than a weekend. Saw both types at the SECC show, and for what we wanted, we thought the extra money for the Pro was worth it.

We have a 200mm Square Porch Awning (Outdoor Leisure) and is more than ample in size for either a few nights or longer.
It's of the nylon lightweight material with 2 fibreglass poles giving basic structure and support. The 'sides against the caravan can 'flap about' a bit in strong winds but just tighten the elastic ladders at the bottom to hold closer to caravan sides.
Also has 'storm straps' aswell as normal guy ropes.
We have a Dorema Full Awning which, because of the material and poles, is quite heavy and cumbersome. It came with the caravan (brand new) but in the 4 years we've had it, it's never been out of the bag ... except to put coloured tape on the poles!!!
