Hi all

Another nooby question.

I have just fitted a whale electric tap and the fitting that goes into an aqua roll. when i turn the tap on the pump is running but no water getting to the tap

do you need to prime it first or somthing? if so how do i go about it.

Is there an open drain valve somewhere? Is the pump fully submersed? If its floating it'll suck in air. Make sure that it has sunk before you connect it to the 'van.

Try shaking the pump in the barrel of water might be an air lock.

Have you checked that the plug is in the water heater drain valve ?

I was just testing it using a bowl of water so i was not fully submersed and conected it to the van first.
