I've checked my van which is showing 25-30% damp in a small 3-4"area under the kitchen window latch. This is obviously high and we have only had it 2 weeks so it's under warranty, but we're advised by dealer that full service history since new (09) by the same dealer, has never shown any damp issues. On the plus side its showing 0-5% everywhere else. We will phone deals tomo, but in meantime, do you have any advice/suggestions re this?
Is it likely to be window or silicone missing behind worktop?
