Just fitted a motor mover today following the wiring diagrams to the letter. Used a multimeter to make sure all the connection went to the right terminals. when trying to use it, the handset works backwards. eg. forward is reverse and visa versa. any suggestions please before I return the damn thing.
madasaman, not as easy as just turning the handset around in your hand, as the forward/right forward/left and the reverse left and right are all to cock also..
Is it fitted at the back of the wheels,if so,then the cables on your control box need to be reversed,i.e positive onto negative and vice versa,if at the front, then as long as you connected the cables correctly, sorry I can't help
It is in front of the wheels and have used multimeter to check wires from motors go to correct terminals. what I am thinking is that the picture of the control box does not match the controller I was sent. (ie. no antenna on mine, there is in the instructions and the terminals are in different places)
Think I may have worked it out thanks to AL53HX. The wiring tables printed in the instructions are the wrong way round for rear axle/front axle fitting. Am going to try and swap round tomorrow and if it works, will be phoning the supplier to vent my spleen

Van in storage and am unable to get there until tomorrow. Will let you know how I get on with it later. Thanks again
did you manage to get it fixed. As you know I bought the same mover as you around the same time, I got mine fitted by powrtouch but I have all the instructions if you require any info I would be happy to help..

Mover all sorted now. Just trial and error swapping the wires over until it worked. The wires where they are now bear no resemblance to the diagram in the manual. Think I was sent an alternative control box with the original wiring instructions. The manual shows a shiny silver box with antennae, mine was black plastic with no antennae and the terminals were in different places.
Thanks for the offer of help vangoman02
