I bought a car a few years ago with a mate that had been used by an entire family of smokers.

£300 Sierra estate POS (no abuse please...)

We used some stuff called Meguiars interior spray (spelling??) and after 3 or 4 repeats, involving this stuff and a Vax wet shampoo (maybe not such a great idea for van carpets unless can be dried totally), the smell and coloring were totally eradicated from anything that couldnt go in the washing machine.

But yeah, van should go back to dealer; even if not for a refund, they should at least offer a professional valet...

No never smoked never will, sorry but I prefer my lungs as they are not polluted with enough industrial pollutants to fill an Olympic sized swimming pool.
