Well had our date to take back to dealer got to empty van so it's like new and they will take it back to factory 8-10 weeks should be back....
We had damp in our caravan given the two months or more timetable for the repair. As the caravan was on finance we contacted the finance company and told them the problem and informed them that we were considering rejecting the caravan.
It was amazing how the dealer and manufacturer pulled finger and got the caravan sorted within a month of contacting the finance company. The finance company also told them that they will get in an independent to check the caravan before it being released to us.
If the caravan is on finance, put pressure on the finance company to sort it out for you.
we go away next week for a week and now I suppose that will be the end of our season now,
do they care? I think not its a case of give us your money and find fault if you can. not nice. all the best to you for the future. ours now sold after 14 years of caravanning. sad day for us when it went down the road.
------------- the only silly question is the one you do not ask.
