In February this year I bought a new Bailey Unicorn s2 from United British Caravans on Tyneside. I have some ongoing warranty issues which I have been trying to get resolved since August. I have written to the general manager Alex Levington with a detailed statement of the current position and I have asked him to contact me with firm proposals for rectifying the problems. Despite poor customer service to date I am prepared to give UBC the opportunity to correct the outstanding faults before I go into detail on this forum. At the time of posting I have had no response to the letter I hand delivered on 11/11. I will post more information about my customer experience as things progress
