When we had a seasonal pitch we had - in order - tarpaulin, batons to which we screwed treated universal strand board (USB), rubber backed industrial carpet, and it was soooo cosy. Easy to take up at the end of season, carpet stored in storage shed and timber piled and covered with the tarpaulin.
I realise this thread is over 2 years old and you're probably all sorted now and totally enjoying.
