We have this adapter and they are very good But be aware it only fills the water hog half full and on slow water pitches it can catch up with itself You will also need a good quality pipe/s we have the food grade type but these are around £27 each and mostly only 7.5 mtrs long so you need two.. As for the waste we just use a Y type connector and have hoses of different lenths short medium and long as you never know where the drain is going to be on serviced pitches
