Sorry to tag on someone else's post ( sprouty) , we are hoping to get our first caravan soon and so I've been reading up about Miro mptlm etc etc and wondering is it ok to put more stuff in the car ?? As long as your not really overloading it surely it makes sense ??

One thing i would say is make sure the electric towing cables are secured safely. I tried to put a loop in mine and somehow it worked itself loose and dragged on the ground all the way home!! Fortunately it wasn't totally destroyed and still works. I now thread it through the alko hitch head handle which stops it falling on the floor and still gives the full amount of slack for tight turns either way.
