This is the frist time we've seen this place being built. We've just been away for a few days in Cornwall and notice the new Cornish Gateway Services is due to be open for business in the Spring of 2014. It's bing built at the Victoria junction of the A30 which is just south of the St Austell junction and will be easy to access from both north and southbound sides of the A30. Let's hope they provide plenty of parking space.

Got to be better than the awful place we stopped on the way home from Cornwall last year. Can't remember where it was (somewhere in the Oakhampton area) but has a picnic area and a run down cafe and the toilets were disgusting.

If its Cornwall they will probably charge for parking like they seem to do everywhere!

You're probably right with parking charges Dave, nothing seems to be free anywhere these days but at least it'll provide toilets etc and parking somewhere well off the road. I was pleased to see the place being built.
