Looking at porch awnings for our caravan, interested in the Kampa range, especially the air type, is there a make and model others would recommend, not necessarily the inflation type, have done some research and some seem to fade quite quickly. As our van is fairly small the awning size would be around the 260 range from Kampa, so ideally it would be good if we could attach an annex that would be used as a bedroom for when our son decides to come away with us.I realise that the 260 air doesn't have the option of attaching an annex.
Look at the denier of the fabric. 75denier last for 3-4 months use but they can be very cheap... 150 denier should last 6-9 months and a 300 denier 12 months, maybe more. This is down to how much sun they get and is just from my experience with varied porch awnings being on display.

Hmmm. I know you are flogging Kampa at NEC, but the Kampa has a denier of 150D 4000mm, the Trigano roof has 210D 5000mm and 600 for the tube covers. The Rally Air Pro admittedly has thicker nylon, but at an added £80 above the Rally air.
Yes, the Trigano looks better, and at nearly half the price is a much better buy.
I have had a Trigano Eurovent awning for 6 years now, and the quality has been excellent. It still looks like new and has not faded.
freeatlast.... You are correct I will be selling the Kampa awnings at the NEC but I made a point of not mentioning any single brand in my above post etc. I just wanted to inform carlwaynie of something he might look out for. Im sure the Trigano is great, I have a folding camper of theirs...
