The pipes will be visible under the van on the outside but why you want to lift the floor ? Have you checked under a bunk where the water heater is for leaks ?Does the pump run all the time ? Bit confused as you dont say if its waste water or clean?

It's clean water checked under bunk all dry also checked under van pipes not visible seem to be sitting in a channel under floor the pump runs until tank is full then it is intermittent
Have you closed off any taps which were opened for the winter drain down? If someone lies under the caravan it will be possible to identify where the water is coming from - or at least a general area. It could be frost damage if water was left in a pipe or tank. Can't be the toilet if the pump is coming on because the loo is self contained. If it's not the hot water tank it can only be a pipe or filter or pump if inboard so not anything major. Eliminate one thing at a time but DONT cut the floor.
Edit: the waste water will be clean too if it is just running down the drain !
Hi.
It is possible that the pipes do run through the floor they do on our ranger , the water heater is on one side and the kitchen sink is on the opposite side the hot and cold pipes run in a channel built into the floor I cut into ours to fit some drain off points to empty the trapped water when I drain down the water system
It could be just a loose jubilee clip on one end of the pipe allowing a leak and the water is tracking along the pipe into the channel
