can anyone help, my trauma ultra store red indicator light has come on, and I was told to turn it off for 5 minutes then turn it back on, as it could be air that is in it, done that and it still comes on, thanks mgt

I presume you mean when you a running the water heater on gas? Obvious question (but mistake often made)do you normally run the water heater on gas and is the cowl removed outside the van?

I am not running the water heater it is just when I put the heater on, and turn the ultra store on that the red indicater come on

The ultrastore is the water heater and the dial is the gas control. The red light is to say the gas hasn't ignited. Ultraheat is the heater and the controls are to vary the electrical power supply between 500/1k/2k so it can't be effected by air. Are you sure you aren't just getting the dials mixed up?
