I have done a search for this but couldn't find what I wanted. I have read in the past what products other people use so with all due respect I don't need a list of caravan cleaning products.

I always use care-a-van polish on my van ....I normally wouldn't use anything else. I polished it last weekend but only had enough to do the sides and front then ran out, I do intend to get some more for the future but I need to polish the roof too.

We have we massive ammounts of car polish/wax in our shed (hubby bought it on an offer)
I'm wondering if I can use that for the van roof, is there any reason why car polish/wax can't be used?

Any car polish will do as long as it does not contain a cutting compound.

I used Auto Glym last year and gave my 'van a lovely shine, I did use a bit but I had a bottle given to me as my mate details cars for a living and doesnt rate it but it done a great job on the van

Thats where my hubby got all our polish, when they had an offer on last time.
He couldn't resist a bargain funny thing is he never polishes the car I do it and thats only a couple of times a year so by my reckoning this polish should see me right through till about 2020
