Mostly because its just turned into a moan about breakdown insurance in general. Its moved very far from the the op post to which the simple answer was don't expect a service you haven't paid for, although tbf the op did not contain the correct facts anyway & my intial advice to the op was based on the incorrect info contained in the op which suggested he had not recieved the service he had paid for.

Thanks for the warning blueexpo97. Been a member for some time, and having just retired I now have some time to join in occassionly. But nonetheless, contained in the body of this thread is useful advice that I'm sure has been of assistance to some forum members, so we can at least offer our thanks to those who have contributed to another sucessful thread on ukcs.
I think the biggest thing than can be learnt is don't ever believe what a salesperson tells you and don't sign up to any service untill you have ALL the terms and conditions in writing and have read through them all.
