No it does not have a reset switch, yours is the mk2 Fanmaster.
Assuming the control switches lights all work and when set to fan only, the fan operates up to a high speed? then the lack of heat is usually due to any 240v isolation switch having been switched off, or, the 240v mains supply 'kettle' plug falling out of the control box on the back of the fire.
One other possible if all the above are ok? is the temperature sensor is faulty?

We have the same problem done what arc systems says still no heat. The last light does not work on the silder switch. Do we need a new bit.
