We have put up our Kampa Rally air for the third time since New. It started deflating straight away I checked the deflation valve and they were all closed. The leaks were from small slits in the grey tube above the valve. We are away for the week and want to know how we can temporarily mend this until we can buy a replacement air frame. Thank you in advance.
Can you not just replace the one tube without having to replace the whole frame? I thought they were still usable even if one tube is punctured, or am I misunderstanding? Also, is it still not under guarantee? Even if the guarantee has run out you may find that Kampa will send you a replacement in goodwill as these air awnings are expensive and still catching on. Worth a try.

Yes we can just replace the 2 tubes, that is what I meant to say lol. It is hard to use when both outer legs have deflated and only the middle section is standing. We have now sealed the slits with a puncture repair kit and gaffer tape. I hope this works at least until we get home. I certainly will be getting in touch with Kampa when i can find an address to send an email to. I have heard lots of complaints of this happening and I hope as you say Kampa will replace the parts.
I have just looked on their Facebook page and one email address I found is: orders at kampa.co.uk. I'm sure they could forward any email you send to the right department
