It could be a very expensive lesson learned the hard way if you did attempt to tow it upright and in a state that it was not designed for.
Your insurance cover would be null and void, and any damages or personal injury claims against you in the case of an accident would have to come out of your own pocket and could leave you with a bill of many thousands of pounds. If you did not have the means to pay it, then the courts could get involved, and things could become very unpleasent indeed. Then theres the risk of seriously injuring someone, or even an entire family by your actions, for which not only you would have to live with the thought for the rest of your life, but you may find yourself facing the strong arm of the law, and possibly even a prison sentence.
It simply isnt worth the risk, if you cannot manage to set the caravan up alone, than as stated earlier in this thread, it would be much better to sell it on, and buy a more conventional caravan that would be easier for you to manage and set up alone, and if you can find one with a motor-mover fitted, then even better, as it takes away the possibility of having to man handle the caravan into tight spaces, or to line it up easily with pitch markers ect.
