We now wish to purchase a reversing camera inexpensive I would appreciate your feedback on inexpensive products that you have purchased and were pleased with the results many thanks
I found mine useless. It was ok to see what was behind you, (trees/walls/kids) but despite the very good picture and wide angle, the actual distance was very hard to gauge. Many a time i backed up to something thinking i was within maybe a yard, only to go check and find it was nearer 2!
It was easier to use the wing mirrors!

Another point to consider is that not all reversing camras are compatible with having a towbar fitted, and may bleep the warning signal for being too close to an object when they pick up the towbar petrusion.

Got a camera on my honda crv, brilliant for reversing the car upto the caravan hitch, when doing it solo
That is soooo last year. I 'move' the caravan to the car nowadays.
I bought one of those wireless baby monitors - velro'd the screen to the dash and stuck the camera to the back window of the caravan. Worked all right. Only 60quid from memory
You can also stick it in the back window of the car for when you want to couple up.
